*Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, only valid addresses, therefore you must enter a complete address when placing your order.

International taxes and/or tariffs
According to each provision of each particular Country, a percentage could be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the shipment reaches the destination Country. Mutti Bini will not be responsible for those costs, tariffs and/or taxes applied to the order, request for additional information, rejection, additional charges that may arise in the country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information contact your customs office in your country of destination.

International Delivery Times
Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days, with 2 business days of processing, packaging, and labeling time. That is to say that after placing the order, it should arrive within a total of approximately 4-6 business days. Orders shipped to remote areas without a mail facility may take longer than stated.

Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive the personal shipping tracking code to the same email with which the order was registered and the link to enter online tracking. With this you can manage the follow-up. If you do not receive the code within the next 48 to 72 business hours, please contact us at hello@muttibini.com and we will gladly help you as soon as possible.
